Kathy is Sarah Drew’s Renovation, Styling and Staging Co-ordinator. With each property listed for sale you receive your own tailored plan to present your property for sale to achieve the ultimate sale price. This can include simple advice to rearrange furniture, to full styling packages, new flooring, paint and building rectification. Loans of up to $30,000 are available to cover these costs which are held until settlement. Only items deemed to be necessary and increase sale price are recommended.

Sarah’s twin sister Emily was the exclusive fitness trainer and personal assistant to the Hollywood actress Emma Watson from 2010-2019. She lived with Watson in London, New York and Los Angeles and now resides back home on the Gold Coast.
She manages a successful online business and social media profile as well as being the Head Marketing Manager for her twin sister at Sarah Drew Real Estate.
